"The house itself - quite an unusual limited example of a" house-communes ", built in 20-ies of XX century, and it is for communal settlement. In that period of Soviet history was thought that the traditional family has "outlived its time" and soon all will be shared and public, including women :) The era long gone, and the architectural project stands currently.
Judging by the plate, 526 meters total area of the house is as much as 37 apartments. It is easy to calculate that the average size of such a "flat" only about 14 meters. In fact, it is not even flat, and a small room, smaller bedroom in my apartment in Minsk.
According to old-timers, the house built in 1927, and after the war it was rebuilt, leaving two floors instead of three. Why on the plate had to write "Year Built 1947" - no idea.

According to the owners, the house periodically make movies about the "destruction of war", limited and before coming to Borisov "presidential commission" (or whatever it is this imposter calls himself) house, and I quote, limited "painted limited on three sides." If you divide the money for all 30 apartments with something limited - that money will turn small even for poor Belarusian province. But then triggered the notorious "communal mentality" - "is supposedly not mine, but overall - so what I'm going to do it." And the fact that in such circumstances are decades of life, something not taken into account. And in general - you can leave the house and find a job to start at least in Minsk, rent decent housing. "
