Bryn Williams, TV chef's nabi cooked for the Royal family, for supporting Welsh foods as part of the Festival. Bryn, who is responsible for a great restaurant Odette in London, at the Festival at 2.00pm Saturday, May 18 to sign his book, thanks to Eagles Meadow Shopping Centre.
